In line with Government action to reduce the risk of the spread of the novel coronavirus in the community, the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) announced today that its Executive Office maintains provision of essential and basic services for the public on a limited-scale until further notice.
However, while applicants are encouraged to submit applications for the “Anti-epidemic Support Scheme for Property Management Sector” (ASPM) online or by post, the PMSA Reception Counter will continue to receive application forms for the ASPM during office hours. Special measures will be adopted at the Reception Counter to enhance hygiene for the receipt of ASPM applications delivered physically. The PMSA appeals to eligible property management companies and owners’ organisations which have yet to apply for the subsidies to seize the final opportunity to submit their applications on or before 15 July 2020.
Other public services including general enquiries will be handled through email or by phone. The PMSA will continue to keep a close watch on the development of the situation and will announce to the public timely if there is any further change to its services.
If you require any assistance, please call (852) 3696 1111 or email to enquiry@pmsahk.org.hk.
